“Funded7” is a single word, always spelled with a capital “F”. It is the brand name of both our company and our platform. When referring to specific features or releases from Funded7, please capitalize them as proper nouns (e.g. “Funded7 Strategy”).

The use of Funded7′ brand assets is exclusively for the benefit of Funded7, and must comply with these trademark guidelines or any relevant licensing or contractual agreements. Third parties, including licensees, are prohibited from asserting ownership over Funded7′ brand assets or any marks that could be mistaken for them, whether as trademarks, service marks, company names, domain names, social media handles, or in any other form.

Funded7 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke, modify, or change any permission to use its brand assets at any time, and retains the right to oppose any misuse of its brand assets in any jurisdiction worldwide.
