Terms and Conditions

1. The Competition

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the top ten (10) participants in the Funded7 1st Anniversary Trading Competition (the “Competition”) will be awarded the prizes described below.

2. Binding Agreement

By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. How to Participate

(a) The Competition will run from June 17, 2026 at 00:00 UTC to June 30, 2026 at 23:59 UTC.
(b) Registration opens on June 10, 2026 at 00:00 UTC and remains open until June 17, 2026 at 23:59 UTC.
(c) Upon Competition start, login credentials and instructions will be sent to each participant via the registered email address.
(d) Each participant will receive one Competition account with a simulated starting balance of $100,000 USD.
(e) Only one Competition account per participant is permitted. Participants found using multiple accounts will be disqualified and ineligible for any prizes.
(f) The Competition is open to participants worldwide, subject to Funded7’s standard KYC and eligibility requirements.

4. Trading Rules

4.1 Manual trading only. The use of Expert Advisors (EAs), automated trading software, copy trading, signal services, or any form of algorithmic execution is strictly prohibited. Any participant found using such methods will be disqualified.
4.2 Competition account specifications:

• Starting Balance: $100,000 USD (simulated)
• Leverage: 1:30
• Daily Loss Limit: 4% of the starting balance, recalculated daily after the server rollover at 00:00 UTC
• Maximum Loss Limit: 8% from the starting balance (static, not trailing)
• Maximum Position Size: 100 lots
• Minimum Trading Days: 7 separate calendar days within the Competition period

4.3 Any breach of the Daily Loss Limit or the Maximum Loss Limit will result in immediate disqualification from the Competition.
4.4 To be eligible for ranking and prizes, participants must trade on at least 7 separate calendar days during the Competition period. Failure to meet this minimum will result in exclusion from the final standings.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 Eligibility is determined based on compliance with all Competition rules and Funded7’s platform terms.
5.2 Participants will be ranked based on the highest profit percentage achieved in their Competition account during the event period.
5.3 All prize winners will be required to complete KYC verification before receiving any prizes.
5.4 Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days after the end of the Competition.
5.5 If a winner does not respond within two (2) weeks of notification, the prize may be forfeited and reassigned to the next eligible participant.
5.6 Each participant can only win one prize.
5.7 To qualify, participants must follow Funded7’s designated social media accounts as stated on the official Competition landing page.

6. Prize Structure

The following prizes will be awarded to the top ten (10) ranked participants. USD equivalents are shown for reference based on standard Funded7 product tiers.

All Two-Phase Challenge prizes are standard Funded7 products. They are not giveaway, promotional, or restricted accounts. Once the Two-Phase evaluation has been successfully completed by the winner, all profits generated thereafter are eligible for withdrawal in accordance with Funded7’s standard Terms and Conditions, including the standard profit share and normal payout rules.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, participants waive any right to litigation, injunctive relief, or any other legal action in relation to this Competition.

8. General Conditions

8.1 The Competition is conducted in a simulated trading environment. All performance is based on virtual trading and is used solely for competitive ranking purposes.
8.2 Funded7 reserves the right to remove any participant suspected of violating these terms or attempting to manipulate the outcome of the Competition.
8.3 Funded7 may, at its sole discretion, cancel or reverse any prize issuance made in error.
8.4 Funded7 retains the right to alter, amend, suspend, or terminate the Competition or any part thereof, including extending the end date, without prior notice. Participants will be notified of major changes via email.
8.5 Funded7 will not be liable for any failure to execute the Competition due to unforeseen events, technical failures, or external disruptions.
8.6 If any term is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full force.
8.7 Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations arising from their participation or any prizes received.
8.8 In exceptional circumstances, and solely at the discretion of Funded7, the winner of the Competition may be permitted to receive an alternative prize of equivalent value. Such exceptions will only be considered on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be required.

9. Disclaimer

All profits accrued in Competition accounts are virtual and non-withdrawable. Competition accounts exist solely for ranking purposes during the event period. Prize Two-Phase Challenges, once awarded and the evaluation phase successfully completed by the winner, are subject to Funded7’s standard withdrawal rules and entitlements as set out in the main Funded7 Terms and Conditions.
